Jesus Perfectly Pleased The Father

God not only approved of everything Jesus did -- He was very pleased with everything Jesus did.
JOHN 8:29 NKJ 29 "And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him."
Why is it important for us to look at this?
Many people are unclear what God's will is in many areas. There is much confusion over what many call "acts of God" which bring destruction. But if we understand that Jesus always did God's will perfectly, and that God was thrilled with everything Jesus did, then we can examine what Jesus did and see what God's will is.
Did Jesus ever make anyone sick -- even to teach them something? Did Jesus ever tell anyone it was not the will of God for them to be healed? Did Jesus ever tell anyone that God would not love them and help them? Did Jesus ever destroy anyone's property or steal it from them? Did Jesus ever kill anyone's family member?
No. Never. Jesus did what was pleasing to God. Those things are still not pleasing to God, and He should not be blamed for them.
Is God pleased when people are helped? Is God pleased when people are healed and delivered from bondage? Is God pleased when people's needs are met? Is God pleased when people have their sins forgiven? Is God pleased when people know that God loves them?
Yes. Those are the things Jesus did, and He perfectly pleased God.
SAY THIS: God is pleased when people are helped like Jesus helped them.

“Ahora bien, afirma el Señor, vuélvanse a mí de todo corazón, con ayuno, llanto y lamentos... El sol se convertirá en tinieblas y la luna en sangre antes que llegue el día del Señor, día grande y terrible” (Joel 2:12, 31)
Joel, “Jehová es Dios” es una profecía breve, toca la plaga de langostas que representa el juicio de Dios por los pecados del pueblo. Joel se llama el “profeta del Pentecostés” pues, predice el derramamiento del Espíritu, y llama al arrepentimiento. (POTT. TELL. 1977)
El libro de Joel es rico en figuras literarias, habla de langostas, día de Jehová, del sol que se convierte en tinieblas y la luna en sangre, o sea habla de aspectos terribles que vendrán a los incrédulos. En cuanto a la fecha hay dos posturas: la conservadora, que le da por el siglo VIII y la liberal, una fecha tardía. No se conoce su pueblo natal, pero fue un hombre muy educado y muy espiritual.
El alto nivel espiritual de Joel se echa de ver en su modo de escribir. Habla de la venida del día del Juicio, porque el pueblo había ofendido a Dios con muchos y graves pecados. El honor de Dios demandaba una reparación, y era menester que el pueblo se entregue a la oración, al ayuno y al arrepentimiento, a fin de escapar de la ira venidera. Los aspectos, en su conjunto, tendrán su perfecto cumplimiento sólo en el Milenio, cuando los judíos serán llenos del Espíritu como nunca lo fueron. (Wood. Los Profetas de Israel. OP. 1983)
Es obvio que el Espíritu Santo se está manifestando actualmente, pero para glorificar a Cristo, y cuando hay base bíblica, eso es de Dios. Hoy es el día de amar a Dios con todo el corazón, Él viene pronto.
Dios no quiere religiosidad, ayunos y sacrificios, sino arrepentimiento para servir y ser misericordiosos con el prójimo. Siga orando para que Dios nos use y edifique su vida.
ORACIÓN:
Señor toma mi corazón me arrepiento de todo mal, ahora quiero amarte, servirte y vivir en obediencia a ti...
